- ½ cup (100g) brown sugar substitute
- ⅓ cup (79g) collagen peptides (optional, adds gooey texture)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup (113.5g) butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 oz (85g) sugar-free chocolate chips
- 3 oz (85g) sugar-free peanut butter chips
- ⅓ cup (36g) chopped pecans
- 4 keto peanut butter cups, coarsely chopped

Prep: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.

Combine Base: Whisk together almond flour, sweetener, collagen, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add Mix-ins: Fold in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, pecans, and chopped peanut butter cups.

Bake: Press dough evenly into the baking pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and just barely set.
